This high-quality vacation home is located in the 1st row to the water and convinces with a beautiful panoramic view. Even from the bed in the bedroom on the first floor you can enjoy your first coffee in the morning with the view of the water.

Upstairs you will also find the open, light-flooded gallery. The panoramic windows make it especially bright and friendly here.



The sun terrace in front of the house invites you to stay and relax. From the terrace, the view always falls on the water and the hustle and bustle on the sports boat harbor.



On cold days, the stove in the living room offers a nice place to relax. Make yourself comfortable here and let your gaze wander into the crackling fire.



The shower bath with daylight and wellness shower rounds off your successful vacation.



Also in winter the harbor village Zerpenschleuse is always worth a trip. In the vacation home you can warm up again after a walk along the icy lake or through the snowy forests in front of the cozy crackling fireplace in the living room. An infrared sauna is also available and invites you to relax and enjoy. Here in the harbor village you can relax all year round and take a deep breath.



Next to the cottage village runs the Oder-Havel Canal, which crosses here with the Finow Canal, whose history goes back to the 15th century. Nestled in forests and meadows, surrounded by several waterways, this area is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts, cyclists and hikers.

In the immediate vicinity of the vacation homes in the harbor village Zerpenschleuse are the Barnim Nature Park and the Schorfheide Biosphere Reserve. The village of Zerpenschleuse is a tranquil place, characterized by Dutch-style skipper's houses that stretch along the "Langer Trödel", a former part of the Finow Canal.



The proximity to Berlin also makes interesting day trips possible and invites to a variety of cultural experiences.



In the harbor village Zerpenschleuse payment with EC card is not possible, please only cash payment.



The Hafendorf Zerpenschleuse is still under construction, so there may be construction activities in the neighborhood and under certain circumstances not all roads and access roads are paved yet. In the immediate vicinity of this house, however, construction activities are completed.



Please note that the property belonging to the house is only partially fenced.
