Firstly there was no parking. Its not 'The White House' its no 23 on a very busy noisy road. Single room but so small there was only one way to put the bed. No curtains, no smoke alarm, 3 way plug for tv, (very basic), microwave and fridge (not PAT tested) no local info in the room - dont think i would go there again, sorry

Excellent comms with the owner - helpful and clear. Room, bed and bathroom all pretty good. Stayed for one night for a local work event and very happy to recommend this place that kind of circumstance.

Disappointed that the reality didn’t match the description on the website.The room was clean but no wardrobe space and only net curtains meant that the sun woke us up very early.The bathroom requires updating.The owner was helpful.
