A large 4-bed detached house with a driveway for 3 vehicles, additional street parking available subject to availability. There are 5 double beds upstairs, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table seating six and an adjoining conservatory with an additional table and seating. Large lounge area, smart TV with Virgin Media, PlayStation 4 with a small selection of games and a selection of books. You are a 5-10 minute drive from the A10/M25 and a Tesco Extra as well as smaller shops even closer.
The space -
Upstairs we have four bedrooms with five double beds and a bathroom. Downstairs is a large lounge, utility room, a shower room and a kitchen diner leading to a conservatory.
Guest access -
The whole house is available except the garage which we use for storage and supplies.
Other things to note
The main bathroom upstairs contains a bath and shower over, the downstairs bathroom contains a shower and toilet.
