Male concierge hotelier was incredibly ignorant without any knowledge of use of service animals. Hotelier would not take any of this information insisting room had never been paid for...

Leider fehlt eine Restauration/Cafe, um direkt im Schlosshotel Essen/Kaffeetrinken gehen zu können, zumal es auch im Ort selbst keine entsprecheden Restaurant/Cafe-Angebote gibt und man insofern auf die Möglichkeiten der nah gelegenen Stadt Stassfurt zurückgreifen muss ! Es wäre gut, wenn sich die Geschäftsführung des Hauses über diesen Punkt zeitnah Gedanken mit dem Ziel einer mittelfristigen Lösung macht...
