"The property is recently refurbished. The staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was easy. There were no tissues, or coffee, and the $50 hold on my credit card for “incidentals” seemed unnessasry."

"Property is under a redo, office completely torn up. You’d never know by looking, but the room was fantastic! Room was updated, clean, new tv with lots of channels. I’ll be there again the next couple of nights."

"Ill start by saying the price was great. We were just looking for a quick rest on the way to Disney. Pros: great location. Great on a budget. Pillows and bed were SUPER comfy, sheets were clean and smelled nice. Staff were so nice. Room was quiet, plenty of parking. No carpet in the rooms which is absolute must for me. Cons: air conditioner was extremely weak. We turned it down to 67 and it was barely cool. Coffee pot had a pod that had obviously been left in there so long it was molded and disnetengrated to the machine. I almost threw up over that. There were spots on the floor next to the trash can, could have been from dirty mop water, could have been from a previous guest, who knows. Walls had dirty spots in places. Toilet is so close to the door that the door scrapes it as you open it, so its extremely tight. So the hotel was ok. It did smell clean when we got in the room, but you can tell they dont deep clean. So if these small things dont bother you, its perfect. I was satisfied for our one night stay, and would stay again."

"This Sleep In hotel in Waterloo was just what I needed and appreciate the good bed, nice shower, and hot breakfast. Room was clean and had a large TV. Price and value were perfect. I WOULD stay here again in my travels. AC worked nicely too. Waterloo location off freeway 95. easy on off location. Felt safe too. However, Please repair lock on downstairs lobby restroom."
