A new building designed according to building biology principles, a sustainable concept for energy efficiency and living climate. The direct access to the sun terrace, garden, barbecue and fire pit invites you to take a deep breath. The ideal base for flexible business stays and leisure activities in the Allgäu lake district and the Alps in the Oberallgäu.

The attractive Baufritz architect's house in wood construction dates from 2024 and the apartment is very modern, upscale and stylishly furnished. Every material used has been carefully selected according to the building biology principles of “healthy living”.

A central Grander system has been installed to provide invigorating, healthy and tasty drinking and process water. A sustainable concept for energy efficiency with geothermal energy and a ventilation system with heat recovery, coupled with a cooling system, provides a pleasant living climate.

The floors were laid with oiled oak planks. The windows can be completely darkened with external roller blinds, and pleated blinds or vertical blinds have also been fitted to all the windows on the inside.

The spacious and open-plan kitchen-living-dining room has a fully equipped fitted kitchen, including dishwasher and fridge-freezer, a dining table with 4 chairs, as well as a couch, coffee table, TV bench and a 55-inch flat-screen TV with Vodafone GigaTV.

From here you have access to the east-south-facing terrace and the garden with a fantastic feel-good view. Here you also have the option of using the fireplace with wood-fired barbecue.

In the bedroom you will find a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), in the hallway a large 3-door sliding door wardrobe, custom-made in carpenter quality. The daylight bathroom offers a floor-level shower, washbasin and WC, washing machine and a shelf. The apartment also has a utility room with a large shelf for storage.

There is a bicycle parking space belonging to the apartment with charging facilities for e-bikes, as well as a car parking space with charging station. You have free access to the Internet with 1000 Mbit/s via WLAN or LAN network.
