"We stayed at Casa Grande for one night after a long day of travel on our way into the mountains of Colorado. We were able to get some rest in a clean comfortable house before more driving. Our little cavapoochon was happy and comfortable as well. And the large projector screen was a fun treat! Also, we recommend the Branch Cafe for a delicious and filling breakfast."
Cowboy Cabin in the Mountains - Quiet Getaway

"The cabin is beautiful, including the view. We oohed and ahhed for a good hour when we arrived. I went with two friends who like to hike. We intended to hike a trail (and did hike the one on the property a couple of times) but the roads around the property were hilly and mostly deserted, so we walked those for miles instead and got a good workout. We watched the recent lunar eclipse our first night and later went outside to look at the incredible star show - just gorgeous. There were some mosquitoes the second day we were there, which might have been a result of the magnificent rainstorm we watched from the cabin shortly after we arrived. Recommend bringing bug repellent just in case. We usually do and had forgotten it. The clouds slowly enveloping the mountains we could see from the great room were spellbinding. We were happy to see the rain, as Colorado has been so dry. It was very peaceful and quiet and the old town of Aguilar is interesting - wish we'd had more time to learn more about it. There are tons of movies and games. Erin is very helpful and responsive - thanks! We're talking about returning in the winter - images of a cozy sit in front of the fireplace after snowshoeing (fingers crossed we get snow this winter in Colorado!). Recommend checking this amazing place out!"
