"Travelled all the way from canada to stay there. The most beautiful part of Germany is in this area. Nice and out of the way from the large areas but within travel distance of them. We will be coming back and staying here again next year. You wont regret staying with them!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Claudia and Fred’s property. Fred was there to meet us on arrival and show us around the gorgeous house and tell us how everything worked. The house itself is stunning, views of the countryside and mountains from every window plus a stylish and practical kitchen that is well equipped with all that you need to enjoy dinner at home. We did this several evenings as the views from the terrace/garden were wonderful to take in whilst enjoying dinner and a glass of wine or 2....

"Wir haben es von Anfang bis Ende genossen. Das Chalet ist komplett aus Holz und man fühlt sich einfach wohl. Dazu die Infrarot-Sauna als Highlight nach einer langen Wanderung. Der Gastgeber ist sehr gastfreundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage perfekt fürs Wandern und Spaziergänge am Königssee. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen."

"We stayed here 3 nights in August. The owner was very friendly and left good instructions. The house was clean and well equipped. The Wi-Fi worked great. You will need a car but grocery shopping is a quick car ride away. My only warning is that the only bed is upstairs and the stairs are very steep so this would not be the place for somebody with limited mobility. We didn't have any problems though."

Es war zwar alle ein, zwei Tage jemand da und hat den Pool kontrolliert, allerdings schwamm auf dem Boden des Pools sehr viel Schmutz, Sand, tote Schnaken herum und einmal auch viele tote Regenwürmer, die ich dann selber mit dem Netz rausgefischt habe. "The house is charmingly situated among fields on the edge of Golling, a 10-15 minute walk from the train station. We enjoyed hanging out in various parts of the yard--on the covered porch near firepit and grill, at the table under the apple tree, strolling the other grassy areas and nooks. The mountain scenery is dramatic.. The kitchen is well equipped, though we sometimes ate out in town at places suggested by our hosts, who are locals intimate with the area, in case the literature provided...

The check-in was smooth and lady at the front desk was very friendly and explained the city and made very useful recommendations for places to visit. The rooms were very clean and tidy.
