Hyatt Regency Boston/Cambridge
10/10 Excellent
"I really enjoyed staying at this property. The location was excellent. The hotel felt very clean. I would say it's a bit deserving of an update in the rooms, specifically the rugs and bathrooms. But overall, I was quite pleased with our stay and the pricing. Hotel parking is on the high side. Shower had great pressure and was very hot. Beds clean."
Arcadian Hotel
8/10 Good
"My room did not have a window - I would not have chosen that. The air conditioner did not work consistently and there was no window to open. The front desk was understaffed at time so I had to wait for assistance. They were pleasant but couldn't answer simple questions like, "What is served for breakfast?" Three of us were in the room and we asked for three sets of towels but on both days, received two. The parking garage was very difficult to enter: poorly marked, the barrier arm came down and hit the front of my car, there were no spaces. Great location, however, safe neighborhood, easy access to the Green Line train."

"Good location, easy parking with valet out front, clean rooms, nice bathrooms"
The Royal Sonesta Boston
10/10 Excellent
"When entering the room, there should be a fresh scent, rather than the smell of disinfectant or cleaning agents often associated with just having been cleaned. But overall, I am basically satisfied."
