"A good hotel but the area itself wasn't what we were expecting. We thought there would be more dining options. We didn't know that on Mondays everything would be closed. Our dinner wasn't the best that night but at least we found one place that was open (Bombay Express)."

Ots more than we expected - really an historic renovated very cool place. The owner has given great detail to everything. Gorgeous artifax, furniture, attention to tiny details, including freshly baked sourdough bread at the excellent breakfast (we bought some to take with us, the crust was so good). The pool is small but just fine! Sauna was good. We ended up staying longer than we thought and once we were moved to a room with screens on the windows, it was a perfect stay. "Great location for us on the way to cross over to Sweden just a few days later. Big and nice area. Felt like it was not taken care of tthough, needs better cleaning and landscaping resources. Also the supermarket really needs to extend there opening hours! Closing at 18 is not good enough. Much of the swimming area was closed for renovation but we had fun anyway. Big and nice house to live in. No noice from Autobahn to our house."
