"First of all, the gentleman that checked us in at front desk was outstanding!! He was the most friendly, personable and professional hotel manager that we’ve ever experienced! His exceptional interactions with us continued throughout our stay! Also, the hotel service staff were all very friendly, kind and efficient! The hotel facilities were awesome in every way: looked new, clean, fresh and bright with great amenities! We were very happy with our handicap-friendly room features! "Dirty… secondary door was propped open with a beer bottle as card key sensor was broken. Just dirty…had to operate tv from monitor. If you didn’t turn the refrigerator just right it would defrost, smoke detector gone as someone apparently took it out to probably smoke meth..went to call the front desk, no dial tone so I lifted the phone up to check if cord was in properly… no cord at all. I guess it was there for decoration. It’s probably the crack/ meth hotel in Pittsburgh. I unfortunately waited to the last day to find a room in Pittsburgh with two queen beds and this was the only place. Never again. Better off sleeping in your vehicle"

"We had a wonderful time. It was a perfect place to relax and have a nice romantic weekend. We came for my husbands 70th birthday and really enjoyed fishing, fire pits, hot tub, and patio. The house was beautiful and well stocked with the essentials. Nice decor and hosts were quick at answering any questions. Looking forward to a second visit."

"The Raven was perfect for our girls weekend getaway. Would highly recommend to anybody that needs any type of small relaxation weekend. Our small cabin was clean, tidy, had everything we needed, and so much more! Our host was amazing at communication if we had any questions. If I am ever in the area again, I will definitely be stopping by and trying to book this wonderful place! Thank you so much for your hospitality and sharing this luxurious resort!!
