The stairs going up to the rooms needed a good cleaning and refurbishing. After opening the door to the room I was surprised how small it was, 8’x8’? "I was very shocked when we arrived at the property. The grass was up to our knees and there was so much rubbish just chucked on the grounds around the house. To be honest we didn’t stay, we got a taxi and came back on the train back to Grange over Sands. "

"Extremely difficult and confusing to check in and out. Lots of different codes for doors, and very confusing regarding key safe. Little to no mention about the actual details regarding sharing a flat, other guests were extremely noisy, particularly very early in the morning Property, not in the best of conditions, with bathroom doors, not locking, which is extremely disconcerting for a shared flat. The facilities were not good, poor lighting, the whole place needed a lot of renovation...

"Only one key to the whole building, got woken up at 11pm because another guest was locked outside and was banging on the door. Asked for fresh towels and never got a response from the owner. Kitchen had a bad smell coming from the fridges and the tv in my room was broken."
