"Beautifully situated overlooking the South Downs, Broomy Cottage is a well-furnished and equipped cottage for a family get-together, with lots of space for the little ones to explore and different lounge spaces to escape them. "My family had a lovely stay at Bellflower Cottage on the working, peaceful Twyford Farm. Hosts were kind and we appreciated the welcome goodies and mince pies. Although the weather was cold, we were comfortably warm and appreciated the kindling and wood. Check in and out were a breeze."

"We arrived at the property.. it was so easy to find with the sat nav app... If I had to give any negative feedback. It would be for such simple little things .. such as some slippers . Bath robes. Shower gel.and tv in the bedroom would of made it complete.. b"

"It was great to stay on a working farm and enjoy views of the fields. The house was lovely just as described and Tim was on hand to help if we needed anything. We would definitely go back."

"Absolutely amazing place to stay. Ten minutes from the front and town. Loads to do on the south coast. And the holiday let it’s self well what can I say but it’s perfect. Set on top of a hill with views for miles, quiet even though a working farm. Pigs and chickens to make you smile. Beautiful cottage with everything you may need, stunningly decorated and maintained! 10/10! Couldn’t recommend any higher. A MUST STAY!!!!"

"We were expecting to stay in a 1 bedroom cottage not a room There was no kitchen just a cupboard with a sink and a microwave so no room to be able to cook There was no bed as such just a futon because the room was so small we had to put it together and collapse it every day I was glad to come home"
