"The location close to Wembley was the only plus point. The hotel lift was not working, our air con wasn’t working and it was 36 degrees, the room was grubby with stains on floor and on bedding. Walls dirty and stains on lampshades. We paid over £1200 for 2 rooms and this fee was not reflected in the hotel or rooms. The only reason I can imagine they can charge this is because harry styles was playing. We have stayed at the Hilton many times for concerts at Wembley and would stay they next time...

"I loved this hotel which was set in a converted school, right next to a park. My room was on the top floor of the annexe. It was beautifully styled and spotlessly clean. Thw breakfast was delicious, although I wasn't too keen on the coffee. Bar service was superb, especially from the lovely Kavi. The only downside, for me, was the lack of USB sockets i. The room but this was easily sorted by borrowing an adaptor from reception. Great proximity to the Royal Albert Hall, just a no 9 bus ride away,...

"Great location in between the two for Kew gardens and Wembley in the same weekend. Locaged right next to morrisons and the market so perfect for a breakfast before heading out and plenty of street parming available nearby. Front desk staff were very helpful, we checked in on arrival at 12.15pm so very early and were given a nice spacious room on floor 3. Beds were comfy but only had 1 pillow each and bedding very thin but perfect for the hot weather while we stayed. Air con didnt work but a fan...
