"The room was clean. A bit noisy because the window is facing to the main street and the stay was during the weekend."

"The room was described as having air-conditioning, but it wasn’t working. We approached the staff and they attempted to work on it, but we were given a fan. The room for 4 should have had one double bed and two twin beds, but we were only given 2 double beds and a twin. It was very old and needs an update. Also very small room with no walkable space for 4 people. The beds were very uncomfortable and felt like they were all sofa beds with springs you could feel."

"Hotel called Merit rather than Oxford. Luckily I read the check instructions otherwise might have been wandering up and down street. Room looked to be recently refurbished, small but functional. It was a shame that the bed was a sofa bed so really creaky when sat on it - luckily it was fine through the night. AC worked a treat. Excellent location for Earls Court Underground."
