"Lovely hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful - told us what times the spa and restaurant will be more busy and the best time to go. Steam room wasn't working unfortunately. Restaurant food was nice and buffet food was standard. Was good that vegan alternative milk was available too. "

Only downside was that I’d hoped to book a massage in the spa whilst my husband was in a meeting, but when I rang to book before arriving, I was told it was closed on Mondays. When I mentioned it at checkout, I was told it was open! "
