"Loved our stay, just disappointed in the shuttle service to the Brewer game…we will definitely be back to stay!"

"In the 3 days we stayed, not once was our room cleaned or made up even though we were away for most days, leaving before 9 arriving back at hotel a 5:00p.m. our room had not been cleaned. I gathered up trash and took it to the housekeeper. We never had dry towels nor a bed even straightened. No breakfast available. No staff to help get luggage to room if we wanted help. The valet service was excellent. Our car was available when we needed it even parked out front for our 6:00 a.m. departure. Dinner on 2nd floor was adequate although not $150. worth. Service was very good."

"Cleaning service consisted of making the bed and putting out towels. Failed to clean toilet, vacuum or refill coffee station the first 3 nights despite leaving standard tip each morning. I had to call to get coffee pods each morning. Obviously the toilet was not cleaned since the coffee I poured out on leaving was still there in the afternoon. A couple of berries I spilled at night were still on the floor proving she did not vacuum. Sad situation because the hotel structure is incredibly nice and front desk pleasant."

"I stayed in the 4th floor. The elevator call button did not work. I had to walk downstairs for my entire stay. My room was not clean. Even upon request. The door needed to be vacuumed, the room had ants, the coffee machine and refrigerator both did not work."
