"Nice home with lot's of space. Extra-large table for game nights and beds were very comfy. Hot tub was awesome!! This house has pretty much everything needed for a vacation. However, we took our boat, but water was drained from the lake at the time we were there, so looking out back was like a mud hole. House has a very large incline going down to house and it was hard parking our pontoon boat in front driveway and space for the boat. We enjoyed Lake Hartwell, but our favorite is Lake Jocassee....

"We enjoyed our stay very much. The cottage was everything advertised. The downstairs bedroom is cooler than upstairs but probable only applies in the peak summer months. The only downside is there is really nowhere to walk your dog. And you have to be on your game when exiting the driveway. But overall we would stay there again. "

"The place we stayed at was a cute 2 bedroom house with a loft. They supplied a golf cart for riding around the community and going to the dock and lake. Everything was impeccable and the location was peaceful. We took advantage of the fire pit and I did some fishing from the dock. Beautiful view of the lake from the dock. We had an issue with the coffee make and it was replaced in 10 minutes. Great service. I recommend this getaway to anyone."

"We used the location to go on several hikes in the area. Started with quiet time on the dock casting for fish in the morning. Did the hikes, came back to prepare lunch and dinner. Well supplied kitchen, bath, towels, kayaks, life vest, etc . . . just well appointed. What you see is what you get. Remember no dishwasher or laundry . . . but we did not mind as we knew what to expect."

"House was very cute. The bathroom doors to the bathroom need to be fixed a bit. They are vintage and very cute but very loud when sliding. If you have to use the bathroom during the night you wake others up. One bedroom only had one electrical outlet and the TV was already plugged in so you may need to bring an adapter with extra plug in spaces. Great location and very quiet. Close to Clemson. Would definitely stay here again. Nothing I mentioned is a deal breaker. 3 TV’s is a help for families...

"Overall i enjoyed my stay at the property. Loved the treehouse feeling. It rained a lot while i was there so didn't get to use the balconies as much as i would have liked. The jetted tub was fun after a day spent hiking. Also enjoyed dinner at the Library restaurant right down the road, and was glad to have an Ingles nearby as well as a gas station. The only thing was check-in process was a bit confusing. The email made it sound like i only had an hour window to check in and also did not...
