"We had the most amazing family getaway at this beautiful lakefront house! The location was perfect, right on the water with a huge backyard. We spent so much time relaxing by the pier, lounging in comfy chairs, and taking out the canoes and paddleboat on the lake. "This Elm Island home was perfect for our 6 adults and 4 toddlers. The living area was roomy with enough seating to accommodate our group. Kitchen had lots of counter space, and backyard was fenced to corral the dog. Would definitely stay again if in the area. "

"Thanks for sharing this beautiful, historic home with us. We enjoyed the sunshine coming in the bay windows and watching the wild turkeys pass by each day. Beds were comfy, and the two large tables in the dining room meant we could work a puzzle and sit down to dinner without the hassle of moving it!"

"This house is very nice and large! The owners have provided a great restful place. The beds are comfy and they are not stingy with towels and toiletries. The basement was a great addition. The owners were also great with communication. We were very disappointed we couldn't use the fireplace or the hot tub, but still enjoyed our stay."
