"Got to our first room about 8 pm got unpacked and the TV didn’t work, called the front desk they said maintenance won’t be in until the am, they then offered to bring up a remote. They brought one up and it still didn’t work. We then had to move to another room down the hall. When to go to bed and that tv would turn off so we unplugged it. The toilet in the second room makes lots of noise when it is flushed. This place needs some TLC. "

"My stay here was pretty pleasant. We came to Milwaukee to stay for one night for a concert. Customer service was very nice and our room looked clean. My only complaint would be that the milk in the breakfast area was expired.. but other than that pretty good experience."
