"I chose this guest house because of favourable reviews. And they were right. It is very well run. The owners were very friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the first contact. "The self check-in facility wasn't working and it took 30 minutes and phone conversations with 3 people before a very helpful lady was able to assist. Another guest spoke to us during that time to say he'd had trouble checking in 3 days earlier and had not had any wifi access at all for his stay. "I loved my time at Hotel Oberland!! The views are everything. I made a decision to stay in Triesenberg, rather than Vaduz or another town in the valley, primarily to save money. But it was so worthwhile for the views and the quiet away from the busier areas. Thankfully the buses to Vaduz and elsewhere are timely and convenient. (Just be aware it’s an uphill walk from the bus stop, which can be challenging with luggage.) The self check-in system worked well. But it was a very pleasant highlight to have staff cooking during the breakfast service. They were so welcoming, and the food was great, just what I needed for all the hiking I did throughout Liechtenstein."
