"The property was beautiful, clean and comfortable! Access to the beach was great! We would definitely come back!"

"Staff was always helpful and friendly. Parking was easy. Liked the fire pit and access to beach. The cookies and chowder were a nice touch. Balcony and the wet bar with fridge was a plus! Hard to find areas to improve. The windows around fire pit had quite a bit of seagull poo. However, I get that it is the coast so keeping glass clean is tough and a constant chore for sure. Overall. Great stay and we will very likely be back again this year. "

"The room was clean, bed comfortable, and noise from outside and adjoining rooms minimal. The air conditioner was quiet, the refrigerator even kept things frozen in the freezing compartment. The microwave worked, though controls were confusing. The TV worked well, but channel selection poorly documented. WiFi was easily accessed The "free" breakfast was good, by usual motel standards, with scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon, waffles, and juice. The coffee was brown and hot, but bland. Room coffee packets were no better. The staff was friendly and helpful; I had messed up on my departure date, and got the date extended -- fortunately this did not hit the heavy weekend schedule. Parking was great, with a lot at the level of the second floor where I stayed. Several good restaurants in the area. A good stay, at a reasonable price."

"Older but very well kept. Clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Pet friendly with 10 dollar fee and free breakfast too. What more do you need. We will stay here again. Merri Thayer"
