Look no further than this perfect 4 bedroom, 2 bath home with an open concept floor plan. This fabulous beach house is warm and inviting and comfortably sleeps 8 guests. There is a wrap around deck and fenced yard for optimal family fun playing badminton and corn hole! With modern furnishings, you will find everything you need to enjoy your dreamy beach vacation! Enjoy incredible sunsets and ocean views from the living room, kitchen, dining room and 2 bedrooms. The deeded neighborhood beach access is just a 3 minute walk from the SeaView. Bayshore Beach stretches for miles from north of the Alsea River all the way into Seal Rock and beyond. This is a fairly private beach for a game of Frisbee, building shelters out of driftwood and searching for agates and sand dollars.

Guests of this home also have access to the Bayshore swimming pool on a daily fee basis. The swimming pool (open seasonally in the summer) schedule of swim times will be posted at pool entrance. Renters must provide their rental agreement and photo identification to gain access. Access may be restricted during busy times.

Vehicles: Licensed for 4 (strictly enforced) No boats, trailers or RV's per HOA rules.

This home does not allow cat guests or other non-human, non-canine visitors. Dogs are welcome at this home but must be registered in advance and paid prior to arrival. This home has a 3-dog maximum occupancy! Pet Guests: One time $35+tax fee per dog. Pet fees are not included in the original reservation.

Age Requirement: The primary registered guest must be at least 26 years of age. The majority of guests must be over 25, or children under adult supervision.

Great beach getaway

We had a nice stay here with our kids. Beautiful open space and close to the beach. The beds were a little uncomfortable but the rest of the house more than made up for it.

Beautiful Sray in Bayshore

The home was very nice and located just down the street from a great beach. We loved how close we were to attractions in Newport and Yachats, and that we could wind down the day on a semi-private beach and watch the waves come in.

Waldport is Great!

Nice single level home in a nice place

Nice open floor plan and very few stairs which was necessary for my elderly inlaws who joined us. Decent view of the ocean which wasn't too far for most of us to walk to the nearby access trail. The blu ray player didn't work so the large collection of movies there was innaccessible, but otherwise everything was clean and functional. Would certainly stay there again.

Amazing Management

We enjoyed the closeness to the beach and the sliding glass doors all along the west side of the house. It is such a nice place! All appliances worked, the furniture was comfortable and the management was very responsive. We did have one bed that had a lot of dog hair on the sheets and a headboard in the second room that was covered in dog hair. We understand that it is a dog-friendly home. :)My daughter accidentally left a blanket that she was truly upset about leaving. We were still in town so asked if we could stop by and see if it was there. The management responded quickly and even sent someone to meet us at the house and we were able to bring it home. It is the little things that make a stay great! Thank you!

Waldport Vacation

Everything was just great. Walk to beach was surprisingly quick. Good central location with easy access. Only cooked once but found everything we needed. We had six guests staying and had more than ample room for everyone to do their thing. Would definitely stay at this property again.

This place is great. It was super roomy for 5 adults and a very active 7 yr old. Communication was great. Very responsive when we couldn't find the tablet to check in and let us know where the wifi password was. Quick walk to the ocean. Beautiful Beach to walk and play on.

Perfect family getaway

We spent two lovely nights here, as a party of seven, and it was such a great place to escape and relax. The house is well equipped, comfy, but updated — a rarity on the Oregon Coast where 70s and 80s interior design prevails — with lovely furnishings and a bright and open feeling. We all slept well on the super comfy beds, which is always a plus. Check in and check out was a breeze. The beach access is extremely close and the nearby beach is PERFECT for long walks, shell hunting, playing with your dog, and taking in the gorgeous view. I would definitely come back!
