"When we arrived the home smelled strongly of cigarettes. As we walked in we noticed the floors were not swept in the kitchen or vacuumed in the bedrooms, there was literally wrappers on the ground and dirt everywhere. The kitchen counters had some sort of crumbs all over them because everything we picked up had crumbs on it. There was hair in the bathroom sink.
