"It was located less than i mile from National Park and 1/2 mile from downtown Steamboat. Great Jacuzzi on outdoor deck was clean and worked perfectly. View was excellent and the staff was very responsive and the checkin/checkout was very easy. Highly recommend and we will come back during the Rutting season next year. Lynn & David"

"Very convenient location on the main street. Very little traffic noise after 8:00 pm. Bed was comfortable and the manager was terrific at resolving an issue with the in-room TV and WIFI. Enjoyable short stay"

"Three story cabins on the river and they are brand new. The property has a small beach area for the kids or just to relax near the water. There's a heated infinity pool and hot tub. They have thought of everything. Staff is friendly. Great property and trip."

"This property is located very close to necessities like grocery stores and easy drive to RMNP. We got a room close to the river and we enjoyed some quiet time. Definitely recommend for couples looking for some quiet time."
