"Great hotel with amazing breakfast and all staff was super friendly. Only item to improve is parking as the hotel relays on public parking and their rules. No flat rate for the stay you get in and out multiple times a day, you pay potentially twice the day rate. "

"Frisch renoviertes Hotel nach der Flut. An einigen Stellen sind noch Kabel zu Essen, was aber nicht stört. Tolle Sitzgelegenheiten drinnen und draußen. Gute Barkarte für den Abend mit normalen Preisen. Kaffee umd Wasser kann mam sich umsonst holen. Frühstück war standardmäßig (Brötchen, Eier, Speck, etwas Wurst/Käse/Salami, Obst, Joghurt). "The immediate vicinity of the hotel was unexpected. In spite of that, we loved everything about it. The owner and his wife checked us in and could not have been nicer. The room was clean with a large walk-in closet and refrigerator. The best part of our visit was Terrance! He was the young man running the breakfast service the following morning! "We arrived after a long day at Phantasialand, the castle was beautiful, easy to find and the check in was automated and very straight forward. We stayed with children in the junior suite and it was amazing, well equipped, warm and very upmarket."
