"Die Ferienwohnung liegt zentral und in absoluter Meernähe. Die Wohnung erfüllt ihren Zweck, ist gut ausgestattet und man kann sich wohlfühlen. Allerdings sollte erwähnt werden, dass sich die Wohnung in einem Hinterhof hinter Hotels und Restaurants befindet. Daher ist es noch bis spät in die Nacht sehr laut am Poltern durch die Arbeiten. Weiter sollte dringend erwähnt werden, dass ich am Tag der Anreise eine Mail erhalten habe, dass der Eigentümer des Objekts die Parkerlaubnis nicht erneuert hat...

"Im Haus angekommen wurden unsere Erwartungen komplett übertroffen. Die Fotos (mittlerweile aktualisiert) entsprachen nicht dem nun komplett renovierten modernen Ferienhaus. Einfach nur wunderschön. Die Lage ist perfekt. Hinter einer großen Sanddüne gelegen erreicht man den wunderschönen Sandstrand in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß. Dort konnten wir auch das kleine Strandhaus nutzen. "Great location, so 4 instead of 3 stars based on service. Annex in another house nearby. Room is OK. Nice bed. Breakfast buffet is included. Parking is discounted from 50 to 20 euro a day at a nearby parking lot. At check in I got received as if being an nuisance instead of a guest. I got ignored and when I rang the service bell, a Dutch lady almost cursed at me and walked off. Not the welcome you expect from a hotel like this. Hence barely any stars. The people at breakfast were much more welcoming. "
