"Really enjoyed our time here. Was a nice sanctuary away from the experiences Tokyo had to offer. We enjoyed the mid-century aesthetic of the house, the bedrooms are all generous sizes (compared to what the rest of Tokyo has to offer), and the lounge is a great spot to unwind after a long day. "Avoid this property at all costs! It was a nightmare, owner couldn’t be contacted for hours (tried to call him and no one picked up the phone) and only after we got a hold of him, he informed us that the place was double booked. We were travelling with 2 young kids and waited nearly 2 hours in front of this property. It was 9 pm and we had to scramble to find a place to stay. The owner offered another location which was in Shinjuku, which is on the opposite of the city. This was a terrible...

"東京に住んでいる親戚と会うために利用しました。かなり良かったので、次回東京に行く際はまた利用したいと思いました。 ●外見は古いですが、中はリフォームしてあるのでキレイです。 ●施設前の道が意外と広く、人の乗り降り、荷おろしも余裕をもてた ●ウェルカムギフトがたくさん！こどもたちと喜ぶお菓子と、大人が喜ぶドリンク(アルコール)まで！ ●バスタオルも小さいタオルもたくさん置いてあるので安心 ●調理器具や食器も豊富にそろえてある ※京王線の近くで、電車の音が気になりました。が耳栓も置いてあり対策済でした。 宿泊者とオーナーのやり取りするノートが置いてあり、宿泊者のメッセージにオーナーさんがちゃんと返信しており、オーナーさんへの信頼感が上がりました。 1泊だけでしたがとても気持ち良く利用させていただきました。 ありがとうございました！"

"The host Keita is very nice and kind! He provided any help we need regarding our stay. We kept communicating with him via Whatsapp and Vrbo, and he answers whenever we have inquiries.The 2 connected rooms we lived in can accommodate a total of 3 people. There are 2 aircon with cooling and heating so the room are warm despite the almost freezing temperature outside. There is also a hanger where we can hang our jackets and towels. The room is quite spacious compared to other hotels in Tokyo....

"The property is in a residential area so it is nice and quiet at night. Consequently, you need to be quiet yourself, but it makes for a perfect night time get away after busy days in the city. There are lots of restaurants in the area providing plenty of food options for lunch, dinner, or a late night snack. With heasy access to Hatsudai station, I highly recommended this stay as a home base for your Tokyo excursions. "

"まず初見、でか！！となりテンションがあがりました。玄関へ入ると綺麗なお部屋にお風呂も大きく、寝室も3つあり大人数で赤ちゃんがいてもストレスなく過ごすこともできました。 今回、両親の還暦祝いでディズニーへ行きましたがアクセスも車で10分と近く、寝室も別れていたので子供が途中で起きてしまってもぐっすり寝かさせてあげることができました。 ただ、部屋がめちゃくちゃ乾燥します。 加湿器があるといいなと思ってたところ、チェックアウトギリギリに2階の洗面台で加湿器らしきものを見つけました。もう少しわかりやすいところへ置いておいてほしかったです。 夏場は寝室２部屋にエアコンがなかったのできついかな、とは思いました。 また、お風呂の水圧が弱く少しだけ洗うのに時間がかかりました。でも湯船はジェットバスが使えたので疲れた体を癒すにはとてもよかったです。 キッチンもなんでも置いてあり大変助かりました。キッチンと階段のところにガードがスライドで出たので小さい子供が勝手に入らないようにできたのがとても助かりました。 また大人数でディズニー行く時には必ずこちらを利用させて頂きます。"
