Then she canceled the reservation 45 minutes after check in time, and she lied about sending a confirmation email. Then she lied about having a water leak. Terrible customer service from the very beginning!! When you book a place you expect to enjoy time with their family… Not be verbally harassed regarding her additional deposit. WiFi box on floor in kitchen which could cause a tripping hazard. contacted host about issue and no action on her end. Contacted Vrbo and no response yet and it’s been over a week. "The condo was in a location convenient to the college and the football stadium. (We even walked the two miles after the game to avoid waiting in traffic). Parking was easy and close. The property was clean, and the beds were comfortable."

After a horrendous drive down in pouring rain, we welcomed what we would call home for the weekend. Upon opening the door, we were greeted by a welcoming, nicely decorated space w/ open sitting area, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and dining area.
