"The hotel was nicely designed. The room was spacious and very clean. The downside is that though the vibe and decor is young hip and cool, there were a lot of families with younger children. The breakfast buffet was very organized but felt like being in Disneyland with all the kids running and shouting. Plus at ¥4000, most expensive breakfast on my Japan trip. Cons: walkable to subway station and a grocery store in a quiet area."
