We stayed Annex “Square”. There is convenience store “family mart” 2nd floor Annex Square is a newly built condominium-style building, very clean and comfortable. "Property is amazing and super clear with friendly staff. Everything was spotless. The only negative is not related to the hotel but rather the VIP benefits Expedia gave me. The benefit was free parking which is a ridiculous benefit to give someone visiting Tokyo from the US. Nobody ever rent cars in Tokyo so that wasn’t really a serious benefit "
