Charming lake front 2-bedroom cottage in serene Alexander with WiFi, AC

"This is a wonderful cabin! The host was so kind and thoughtful. They had everything you could have needed in the kitchen. I love that they had a washer and dryer. We were there because of a quick family emergency but if we could’ve stayed longer we would have. The scenery is amazing! Everything was clean and smelled amazing. We loved the back porch area. The couch and recliners were so nice. It is super peaceful. I would recommend this cabin for sure!! 10/10!!"

"This is one of the best VRBO experiences I’ve ever had. The house is amazing, it’s extremely well appointed with amenities and you have everything you need for an incredible stay. All of the appliances are great, the kitchen is so well stocked with everything you need to cook all of your meals. The location is convenient to Lincoln for groceries, etc. The setting is perfect and the house is modern - yet fits in with the surroundings. There were 4 of us here for an annual fishing excursion and we fished locally on the lakes here during down time, we fished guided trips on the Penobscot and Spednic on multiple days and both are roughly 1 hour away. I can’t recommend this place enough. Andrew was very thorough with communication and they’ve done an excellent job creating this house."

"SCREEN SHOT THE DIRECTIONS AND CODE BEFORE TOU GET THERE. The host isn't kidding about no phone service. Be prepared for about 25min after you leave the pavement. After that the view is worth the drive! Incredibly peaceful and secluded! The beds were comfy and all you need is there (except we never found the boat paddles). The smell of moth balls and the sulfur water is really the only drawback. You get used to it after the 2nd day. Unfortunately, we didnt get to stay beyond that and we were all disappointed. The owner was super courteous and gracious about our situation and comped us back for it. I recommend this place as long as you want to get away from it all, and you should!"

"Everything was 5*s. The upgraded game room was unbelievable. Arcade machines, inside 2 basketball hoop tossing, corn hole, croquet, air hockey, billiard table, more books,etc. All outside sitting areas arranged comfortably. Outdoor lighting to identify areas. Kayaks, pfds, paddles, available, with instructions and cautions. Pet- friendly as many doors were available to close off areas. I suppose doors could be used for just about anything, children, privacy, meditation Outdoor , play swing, slid, ropes, thing (I dont know the name All our nieces and nephews from 2 thru 11 had a great time there and around the open grass area.) Kitchen was equipped like a Micheline multistar, and food preparation area that was HUGE. Everything one would need for a week vacation was there, except your clothes. Our second visit for family reunion. Fire pit was there. I just can't say enough about how awesome it was. thanks from Sam and family. A memorable time."

"We loved being so close the the water, only steps away. The use of the canone and kayaks were a great way to explore. The cabin was big enough for our family with plenty of room on the screened porch. There are a few holes in the screen, allowing mosquitoes to come in. We saw loons, dear and a bald eagle which was exciting. My only concern was the cameras outside and the ring door camera. We felt like our coming and going were being monitored by the owners."

"Just a short drive from home for us, but our out of state family thoroughly enjoyed the property. The dock for boats is great, unable to back a boat trailer in so had to use the dam landing... not a big deal. all the rooms were comfy and just had a great week"
