"This property was like another home because it had almost everything you need, such as dishwasher, in room laundry and dryer, etc. After water activities, the laundry machine comes handy. We also enjoyed the bbq grill which was maintained nice and clean. They dont clean your room during your stay, but bring things promptly upon request via text. I will choose this facility again if I visit the big island again."

"We had a relaxing stay at the View House. It's located close to Honoka'a to get goods, if needed, and also convenient to explore Waipi'o Valley. The house and grounds are as advertised. We took advantage of all of the fresh fruit available. Lots of orange juice and lemonade during our stay! The breeeze coming off the ocean is lovely. "

"Kim and James’s cottage was the perfect home base for exploring Big Island’s trails and beaches. Waking up to breakfast with an ocean view and the Pacific breeze was a highlight. The place was spotless, nearly insect-free, and stayed cool enough without AC. It’s ideal for two or three people. The kitchen is simple but has everything you need to cook your own meals, and there are plenty of nearby spots with great local food. James welcomed us personally and was always ready to help, which made us feel truly cared for. Kim’s artwork in the house adds a lovely personal touch.
