This lovely holiday home in Waimes with 5 bedrooms can house up to 14 people. This home is perfect for many families or groups and features luxuries like sauna, Turkish steambath and a private swimming pool for an unforgettable holiday experience.

Just 100 m away is the forest, where you can go for long walks or rides. You can also go to eat out at the restaurants, 300 m away. Adventure enthusiasts can take the ski lift or indulge in cross country just 1 km away. Nearest town centre is 2 km away.

The interiors are a mix of wooden elements and modern furnishings. There is a central heating installed. You can enjoy a drink in the living room with fireplace to provide a cosy setting or take your drink out in the terrace and enjoy it in peace. There's parking facility for 5 cars and a garden with play equipments for the young ones too. Active ones can play table tennis or a game in the boules court. Children’s bed and high chair is available for the comfort of families too.

Electric vehicles can be connected to the house's 220v power grid.

Mooi huis, prachtige tuin en mooi zonnige huiskamer. Helaas zijn de prijzen voor verwarming wel erg hoog waardoor het zomaar een dure periode kan worden. Zeker omdat de kachel niet goed aan en/of uit kan en je per uur € 5,- betaald. Het huis zelf is top, de bedden liggen heerlijk en het is van alle gemakken voorzien.

Al met al viel het wel mee maar ik heb wel enkele opmerkingen. Namelijk Waar is de zolder? Douches wateren niet goed af, wat meebrengt dat binnen de korste keren alles onder water staat. Geen verduistering in de leefruimte. Trap om naar de tuin te gaan is levensgevaarlijk, namelijk langs de kant van de gevel kan je met je voet tussen de trap en het muurtje terechtkomen. (wat wij met onze jongste zoon hebben ervaren). de TV is niet draaibaar zodat je in de verste zetel niet naar de TV kan kijken. Schuifdeur aan de kant van het zwembad moet normaal niet open kunnen, hier ook levensgevaarlijk voor kinderen om naar beneden te vallen. Geen trapje van het zwembad naar het zonneterras. Koorden aan de schommel zijn dringend aan vervanging toe en onderste trede aan houten klimtoestel ontbreekt. Snoeien van bomen aan klimmuur. Maar we hebben al bij al een fijne vakantie gehad en is een prachtige omgeving.

Das Haus hat uns zum zweiten Mal für unsere Kindergruppe sehr gefallen. Als großen Mangel erlebten wir jedoch den extrem hohen Anteil der sog. Nebenkosten. Bei unserem 7-tägigen Aufenthalt mit 9 Kindern und drei Erwachsenen fielen Kosten von 316,- € für Strom und Warmwasser an! Ein unangemessen hoher Anteil an den sonst akzeptablen Kosten für die Miete. Aus diesem Grund werden wir das Haus auf keinen Fall wieder mieten. Der Eigentümer scheint hier über die Nebenkostenabrechnung ein Zubrot erwirtschaften zu wollen. Nein, danke!

Jaarlijks houden wij een uitstap met onze vriendengroep en ook deze keer alles naar wens in de villa in Ovifat,mooie omgeving........een aanrader voor wie de omgeving van de hoge venen wilt verkennen(wandelen of per fiets...mtb), Skipiste op 1km van de villa....goede restaurants in de buurt....ook de moeite om de burcht van Reinhardstein te bezoeken of het oorlogsmuseum van Baugnez.

We hadden een leuke vakantie met 9 personen, het huis was erg gezellig en groot genoeg. Het ligt ın een prachtige omgeving erg geschikt om te wandelen. Een nadeel was het slechte weer.
