"The staff are very nice and helpful, especially for baggage holding before check-in and after check-out. Also a clean pool and free shuttle to/from the airport are a plus. However, somethings are out of our expectation. First the hotel is marked as 3-star hotel with a tall building, but we were assigned rooms like a motel room. Second, the free breakfast has least options we've experienced. Third, the check-in message mentioned the over-night parking is $44 which seems not applied to our bill...

"Not a good value. Bad experiences from the beginning. Outdated room. At almost 4 pm we left our room but had not had any service or even towels refreshed. Resort fee was charged but we did not use any of the supposed ‘benefits’ except we were handed 2 bottles of water leaving check-in. Walked to and from the airport (not far) as the shuttle was inconvenient, plus signage was incorrect and staff gave us the wrong information at check-in. Did not experience any aloha from the staff. Crowded...
