"The property was nice, newly built/renovated. Heating was good. The car parking was not as advertised: “Free Parking On-Site” is a not accurate. You have to find a park on the public roads nearby. They are largely full up during working hours. Fortunately, our timing didn’t seem to clash, so we always got a park nearby. "

"My husband I were so impressed with this studio apartment. The space was functional, the design efficient. We had lots of storage space, and the washer and dryer were a big bonus. We stayed here for six nights, and did not run out of things to see and do in the Dunedin area. Special thanks to Cecilia, the lovely host, who greeted us so warmly. We really enjoyed meeting her. We highly recommend this accommodation."

"Initially, the place felt a bit institutional, but when we got in and got our stuff in, it was extremely functional and when the views are available, they are no doubt gorgeous. Also although the area feels a bit industrial, it is extremely well situated and easy to walk to a lot of Dunedin. Once we settled in, we really enjoyed our stay."

"This rental is FABULOUS! First, it was super clean, spotless. Second, location is walkable to many restaurants, grocery, movies, pharmacy. Third, it "lives" much bigger than its square footage. Fourth, the efficient layout of every room was a pleasure to experience. Fifth, super quiet (probably due to the thick outer doors). One of the best vacation rentals we have ever visited.
