Tucked in the tranquility of Shores at Waikoloa Beach Resort, this peaceful 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo comfortably hosts up to 4 guests. The Master has a cozy king-size bed, while the living room features a queen-size sofa sleeper, all framed by large windows which lead to a desirable lanai setting.

Guests enjoy full access to resort amenities: pool, fitness center, BBQ area, and tennis courts. A brief walk reveals a delightful selection of restaurants, shops, and a luxury cinema.

Cancellation Policy: Noted here as this is not able to be customized on third party booking sites.

If the Reservation is canceled at least 30 or more days before the reservation check-in date, the Guest will be refunded 97% of the initial deposit amount. Cancellations of less than 30 days will result in a 100% loss of all payments. This loss can be avoided if the cancelation waiver was purchased through Rental Guardian or a Travel Insurance provider of the Guest's choice. Aloha Kona Vacation Rentals does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as weather, road conditions, hurricane conditions, power outages, tsunamis, lava eruptions, or brush fires.

Our one week adventure
The accommodation was exactly as shown in photos. Was very clean! The kitchen supply is a bit of a mish mash but utilitarian. It did lack a kettle of some sort but a pan sufficed, as I am a tea drinker and not coffee. Kitchen is also showing its age. Appliances have been updated but cabinetry is starting to sag. The bed was very comfortable, plenty of towels for shower and beach/pool. Also beach chairs & cooler in closet for your use. Some games are hidden in bottom drawer of bedroom (look there). Laundry access was tight with a large tub of cleaning supplies on the floor but quite usable. Thank you for the detergent for our use. BBQ’s are located close by near the tennis courts, a short walk of 1 minute. Communication with the property manager was nil. I want to chalk this up to technical issues for everyone’s sake. Overall our week here was a grand adventure with so many sights, hikes and history! Thank you Hawai’i for all the Aloha shared! 💚

Wonderful relaxing time
Very nice clean condo with everything we needed. It was perfect for our 8 day visit. This was just perfect for our needs. Perfect size kitchen with great choices of pans and utensils. We would love to come back! We enjoyed walking to the beach and being close to shopping at the King's Shops and Queens Marketplace. Shores
Gated and private complex. Spotless on arrival. Excellent accommodations, nice decor and artwork. Quiet and relaxing, good pool and exercise room. Didn't use the tennis courts. If you enjoy walking, you can visit the Shops, the "A" beach and the Hilton properties. Well equipped with paper towels, condiments, coffee filters, laundry and dishwasher supplies, etc. The bed and furniture were comfortable. While everything was adequate, there is always room for improvements. We would have a couple of suggestions - more silverware, a colander, and perhaps a medium saucepan would have been helpful.

The condo was lovely and spacious with good amenities. The property manager was fantastic. She responded immediately when I noted the condo did not have some necessities like a broom or vacuum. Our major dissatisfaction was the bed. Every time you would turn over the bed would rock and it was not comfortable. The bed needs to be replaced.

Sparkling Clean Walk to Beach
The home was sparkling clean and very well appointed with new high end appliances. The view from the huge balcony was private and beautiful looking out over hardened lava flows and the mountain of Mauna Kea. One of the best beaches and sunset viewing on the Big Island is a short walk. The home is very well located to enjoy all the best beaches.

Wonderful Place to Stay in Waikaloa!
We stayed four nights in this artfully decorated condo, that had everything we needed!. A quiet location with a great view of Mauna Loa, it was withing easy walking distance of at least one restaurant, and 1.5 miles from the King's and Queen's Marketplaces for shopping. Would definitely stay there again.
