Luxury 2-Suite Villa with Fairway & partial Ocean views

Take a deep breath and relax in our fully stocked villa with all the beach, kitchen, laundry, grill and bathroom amenities taken care of.

Enjoy your down time with the birds and breeze on our secluded lanai without a car, road or parking lot in sight.

We're in Hali'i Kai resort, a private gated community with the incredible Ocean Club restaurant/bar/fitness center overlooking Maui and the Pacific. All resort fees are paid/included. No Surprise Charges!

Our villa features Two full private suites with king beds perfect for up to 4 guests to stay. TVs with Spectrum cable and Roku 4K are in every room.

Raid the excursion closet with beach chairs, canopy, snorkeling, tennis, pickle ball, boogie boards, towels, totes and all manner of other gear you could possibly imagine.

Our entire villa is privately yours for the duration of your stay as are two free reserved parking spots. One is a carport, the other a surface spot.

Nice well maintained condo in exclusive Waikoloa property. Pool facility has restaurant and bar overlooking the ocean. Condo has all the items you’ll need for the beach- chairs, ice chest, shade structure, and boogie board. We would happily stay here again !!

The condo is well maintained, nicely stocked for easy enjoyment, and in an excellent location. The Ocean Club access was awesome. Great food and drinks and a spectacular place to watch sunsets. Staff there is excellent. Lance and Susan are great hosts.

Fantastic

It was everything that we hoped for and more. There wasn’t an item that we were missing for our stay. From beach gear to kitchen items to the absolutely wonderful king size beds. Very comfortable.The view was fantastic and Hali Kai is a great resort. Never fear in booking this unit as the homeowners cover the daily resort fee. A very nice touch. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Family of four big island holiday

The condo was a perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the big island! Modern, clean, comfortable with lots of extras for fun on the beach and those essential kitchen items we always seem to forget to buy. The pool area was wonderful and the close proximity to A-bay, shopping, and other amenities of Waikoloa were very appreciated by our family.

Perfect place to stay!

Lovely condo in a beautifully landscaped condo complex. The pool area with restaurant right on the ocean is amazing! Close to shopping and restaurants. A true piece of paradise on the big island!

We really enjoyed Lance and Susan’s condo. It was beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything we needed. Lance was quick to respond to us when needed.we will stay there again when on the Big Island

Hali’s Kai

We had an excellent stay at this property. Great location, clean & nicely decorated etc. We loved the private pool/restaurant with it’s wonderful ocean views! We come to the Big Island yearly just for a week of R&R. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Lance & Susan!

Our favorite on the Big Island so far!

Well appointed unit, updated, with lots of essentials. Plenty of beach toys and located directly across from the sport court. Beds were comfortable with plenty of extra towels and other necessities. We’ll be back!

Just perfect!

This property was absolutely amazing! A resort feel with all the in home amenities you don’t get at a hotel. We will absolutely be staying here again. The hosts were incredibly responsive and kind - giving Christmas gifts to our children since we were there Christmas Day!! We travel to this part of the island often and I can’t imagine staying anywhere else.

Well located, beautiful condo with new furnishings

We enjoyed a perfect stay here. Lance and Susan have created a wonderful, well-furnished space and are attentive hosts. Excellent kitchen and amenities. Hali'i Kai is one of the premium developments -- it's on the water in Waikoloa and has exceptionally beautiful landscaping. Waterfront pool and cafe a big plus. We look forward to a return visit. Great sunsets!

True Paradise!

Everything about our stay was phenomenal. The villa was incredibly clean. The decor was lovely. It just felt luxurious and much more exclusive than the Hilton next door (though we did enjoy walking over and snorkeling in the lagoon). We could tell a lot of thought went into making sure everything at the villa was just right which made our vacation even more special. The mattresses were very comfortable, and our family enjoyed the pool and hot tub every night at sunset. The location was perfect, and we will definitely be back to stay here again!

Exactly as advertised. Owners are incredibly thoughtful and had ensured condo was well stocked with all basic necessities including quality kitchen supplies and beach supplies. Items for guest use (e.g. beach chairs, kitchen knives, etc.) were of good quality and in good condition. Bed was comfortable. Condo was quiet, did not hear any noise from neighbouring units. Owners were very quick to respond to all questions. Would certainly stay here again without hesitation.

Wonderful Condo in Fantastic Location!

My family and I just visited this beautiful condo and we absolutely loved it!! It is the perfect little place in paradise. My wife and daughters made some very fantastic memories during our time there. Some I’m sure we will never forget. The condo was immaculately clean and had everything a small family like ours could need. The Ocean Club restaurant and pool was really fun, right on the water and had beautiful sunsets. We will definitely be returning in the future.
