"The hotel is right smack on the busy street of Nanjing East Road and so it provides easy access to the MRT (People's Park Station is just 5 to 10 minutes away). Food is a plenty so there are a lot of options. Hotel itself is very clean. We love that the hotel provides self-initiated services such as replenishing water / water bottles and changing towels on a daily basis even though we did not ask to make up room. The hotel is clean and elegant. Front desk folks are very courteous."

"Check in and out process was fast. Hotel location is very good as it is in between the places we wanted to visit and very convenient to take taxi as well as close proximity to metro and malls.
