Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. It is easy walking to the Main Street. Helpful and friendly staff. The shower was a bit of a pain with low pressure and changing temperatures, otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

This was a fantastic place to stay with two children. Lovely rooms. Comfortable and plenty of space. Great service with a last-minute booking.

Pleasant and quiet stay. Rooms were clean and well maintained, close to town. Appeared breakfast (cereal and juices) were provided but no note to say as such, so wasnt quite sure if were free or would be later charged. Not identified as such in room description. Will come back.

A great hotel in a very convenient location close to both the river and the centre of town (shops and restaurants). The service (from Jack) was polite and professional and the complimentary breakfasts were greatly appreciated. Will definitely stay here again on my next stay.

Returning from a work trip to Melbourne my wife and I decided we would take 3 days to get back to Brisbane and Wagga Wagga was the first night. Carlyle is a delightful place to stay. It's a motel but not for it has a quality about it which many such establishments don't have. It was warm - a 2 degree night awaited us - comfortable and close to a delicious dinner - just ask your host where to go!

We arrived late at night but self check in was easy. Staff very helpful to accomodate needs. Room was clean and tidy, beds comfortable and good heating. Bathroom was very tidy. Lovely little breakfast pack included cereal, fruit cup, a juice and some milk. Basic cutlery and crockery in rooms and little fridge. Would stay again

We really enjoyed our stay there. They gave us complementary breakfast and the ensuite had bath too which is what I need with kids. They also put microwave oven upon request. Didn’t get to personally thank the staff as there was no one in check out. We’ll definitely come back.

Having stayed here for many years, this will be the last time. The manager could not have been more helpful on arrival. Unfortunately there was no internet service and on our second nights stay , we arrived back to the room to find the fridge had not been restocked to make tea/coffee. Tiles broken in the bathroom did not really add to the ambiance either.

Good beds and pillows. Close to places we wanted to visit. Excellent cleanliness and helpful staff. Good aircon. Large rooms but poor layout of furniture, poor access to toilet paper. Difficult light switches on table lamps. Dripping tap. No handrail in shower to assist entry. Dangerous ledge along the side of the bath at the back that could injure if there was a fall.
