"Vision apartments are a short walk from the Glattbrugg train and tram stops. It was really convenient. Use of their washers and dryers was nice. The only downside was that there was not a way to get fresh towels. That is annoying on a six night stay."

"The apartment is located near central Lucern, walking distance to Chapel Bridge and Lion Monument. Street parking is limited but there are a couple of public carpark close by. Staff is friendly and check in has been smooth. Good value for accommodation in central Lucern."

"When we areived, the floor was too sticky. The hotel was quick to respond via email which is great and have the cleaner swept the floor. There are too much smudges on the floor"

No one there so had to lift heavy suitcases through the main doors n stairs just to discover no stair entry at the other side of the building 3. Booked for 3 people but no bedding was...

"Very cost effective for Zurich. It is walkable from the train station, if you are willing to walk just over 20 minutes but transport is good also. Only downside was we were only provided one pillow each which was a little uncomfortable but overall it was a good place to stay."

"Lovely apartment in a pretty, peaceful part of Zurich with very easy access to public transport and within walking distance of a supermarket. "

"Location is fantastic! This is right in Lucerne old town. Everything is walkable from here. Since it’s right in the city, night time walks with gelato is easy. Property is fair, not fancy or upgraded recently but fair enough. Shower area is tiny so anyone about 5,11” and above can’t shower here. Overall a good stay. "

"Not being able to check in early was very inconvenient. Also, instructions for how and where to use the code to get the room key were lacking. However it was a good price for the time we were there and we didn’t sirens a lot of time in the room anyway. Only came and cleaned and gave new towels once in 9 days. "
