"The house was clean and centrally located for all of our planned activities. There was plenty of space and beds got a group of 9. There were tons of activities to do at the house. The one downside was the loft area was a little hot for sleeping."

"This beautiful cabin is in the heart of rolling hills! It was spotlessly cleaned and smelled so fresh! Beautiful outside areas including fireplace and outdoor furniture and games! Short drive to distilleries and wineries! Kim and Ryan were so gracious! Will make this a yearly retreat! A big plus- cats, goats, cows and Otis the donkey!!!"

"I visited this property on a trip to the bourbon trail with 12 total people for two nights and it was everything we could ask for. There are a lot of options for sleeping and the Rec Barn is a lot of fun. The proximity to a lot of the distilleries was a selling point as well. Overall, it was a great time, and the communication from the host was fantastic."

There were 7 of us so every space was used from walking the 5 acre property of fields and forests with the dogs, hanging out on the back deck after dinner, running our zanny and active murder mystery in the large downstairs family room to hot tubbing at night. "Though the Bourb Inn sits on 30 acres in a rural community, it is just off I -64 and so close to everything. The cabin is appointed better than any other rental I have Stayed at. They thought of everything. The entire cabin was recently renovated, even the bathrooms are brand new. The kitchen is a gourmet kitchen, and the property is gorgeous. We will be back to the bourbon trail and this is the only place I would ever stay."

"We wanted to do the Bourbon trail, stayed a few nights in Louisville and moved to the vrbo... it was SO NICE to get out the city, see the rolling hills, be within 30 mins of anything we wanted to do and have peace a quiet in the country. The cabin is pretty well stocked with anything you need, is so cozy! The other best part, the animals are so stinking sweet! "I met my 8 girlfriends from college in central Kentucky. The Havilah House was the perfect location for keeneland and bourbon tours and halfway between the bluegrass and Louisville airports. The house is comfortable and well stocked. The host was very responsive and answered our questions quickly. I would highly recommend it."
