"The only problem was the slope in the bath. In order to get under the shower, you have to walk uphill and stand on the slope. That makes it feel precarious and slippery, and I don't think it's very safe."

"Fabulous location. Small room but with lovely view over St Katherines. Great outside space to grab a drink and enjoy The Thames. Would recommend. Tiny issues: Wardrobe handles slimline and very difficult to use. No soap in shower container."

"Was in London for a quick getaway. Perfect location for walking to eateries and shops in different neighborhoods. Also near the tube and stops for the tourist bus vendors like Hop On Hop Off. Both the room and common areas were really clean and the staff on site were super helpful."

"staff were friendly and helpful, room large and clean, modern shower, large tv with lots of channels. we chose to include breakfast when we booked and it was actually a very good hot breakfast with a decent selection buffet style. Planes flew right past our window, incredibly close, but quieter than a mouse, amazing soundproofing. We stayed before a flight the next morning, an easy 5 min walk to hatton cross tube station via the pedestrian crossing islands. And then the tube to any of the heathrow tube stations is free which is a nice bonus, just tap in at hatton cross and tap out at the airport, no actual charge. The hotel has a restaurant and also a cafe serving snacks. Staff were all very friendly. All in all we’d happily stay again if and when."

"Perfect is an understatement! Fast Wi-Fi, great location close to the metro, and the room was unique and perfect. The front desk staff handled my late-night check-in smoothly, and the quiet hallways were wonderful for getting rest before exploring Paris."

"This is a super trendy hotel with a beautiful entryway, right off of Piccadilly Circus two escalators take you up into an immaculate reception styled like a chic nightclub with gorgeous gold stairs leading up to the bar. The problem? At the base of the escalators a sign indicates that for a step free entry you can walk through a nondescript door off to the side. Down several hallways and turns you find an elevator that will bypass the stairs. When accessibility is hidden behind doors that feel like a loading dock out of view of the glitz and glam of the entryway of the hotel it sends a subtle message: wheelchairs, rollators, walkers, and anyone using them or anyone who is unable to make it up ten steps is not part of the aesthetic of the hotel and should be hidden away. I use a walking aide (a cane) and also had a heavy small rolling suitcase with me and had to drag it around those hallways to get to the front desk. In the morning when I went for breakfast I was pointed down a bizarre staircase with no lift in sight to their glamorous restaurant. Is the restaurant not accessible or was accessibility not offered? Were it not for this I would have easily rated the hotel 5 stars. The staff is great, the hotel is clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. When I checked out a staff member happily helped me carry my suitcase down the stair case and escalator and all the way out the front door without being asked."
