"This place is absolutely perfect for any visit to Clarkson! So clean and comfortable and only four minutes away from campus. Wish I would have found this on our first visit. It is close, yet so relaxing by the river with so many things to do to relax. Beth, the host, is very kind and helpful for absolutely anything you may need. Definitely recommend to any first year parents for a perfect place to stay throughout your childs college events throughout the years!"

"The property was close to St. Lawrence, where my daughter goes to school. It offered a nice living area with a full kitchen and laundry. The outdoor space was amazing. An Igloo where we played games while being outside and out of the snowy cold. The hot tub was a great treat after being out in the cold or playing pickleball all day. "Because of food allergies, I couldn't stay on campus for my St. Lawrence reunion, so this was a godsend. I needed a place with a refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher, and am a cleanliness freak, and this apartment had it all. It was also nice to be able to stretch out and relax in between all the activities, and the parking was convenient too."

"The house had everything we needed, downstairs very open. The stairs were steep and narrow, wasn't an issue for us but maybe for others. Took a minute to figure out the light switches. They had a few toys for our baby -9 mos- to play with, was nice. The neighbourhood was not what we expected, but had no issues. There was a previous comment about it looking "hood" I wouldn't say Hood just older houses on a river, that are their homes not vacationed lodging. Overall it was nice, clean, and quiet....
