Während meines gesamten Aufenthalts (vier Übernachtungen) habe ich kein einziges Mal Personal gesehen. "On arrival we had to check in at the sister property down the hill. At check in they were unable to find our booking and we’re not expecting us, they did provide us with a room but we had to wait for it to be cleaned. There were dustpans & brushes left on the landing, room was reasonably clean but tired, breakfast was an extra €7 each at the sister property down the street and was good value. The bar was not open. Quiet setting & good recommendation for evening food at nearby Italian Remos. ...

"Anfangs waren wir verdutzt das der Burghof nicht mehr Burghof hieß . Haben vom Wirt erfahren das der Name am 1.9.19 gewechselt hat. Schlüsseübergabe um 16.30 im Restaurant. Deswegen frühere Anreise nicht nötig. Zimmer völlig in Ordnung. Bei Abreise Schlüssel in Briefkasten. Völlig problemlos. Immer wieder gern !"
