"We really enjoyed our stay. We traveled with my parents and sister and had plenty of room. Very nice property and had everything we needed. A few things to note: there are a couple of steps to navigate between the bathroom and the bedrooms on the first level. The walls/doors do not go all the way up to the ceiling in the bedrooms on the first level. No curtains/blinds on the windows and entrance door in the kitchen and living room area. This property is located behind the owner’s home/cottage. So this property is not lakefront but it does offer a nice view of lake from the side. We enjoyed spending time on the deck looking at the lake and watching an eagle soar by and it landed a couple of times in a tree nearby."
Log Cabin on Arbutus Lake. Newly renovated. New to Vrbo, Pickerel Wisconsin.
10/10 Excellent
"Great location, beautiful cabin, well furnished, We enjoyed the kayaks and opportunities for fishing. Great place to enjoy family time together. Highly recommend."
"Room was clean, ac and other appliances worked well. There was an iron and board in the room, which I actually used. Breakfast was limited. Did have scrambled eggs and biscuits with gravy but no variety of fruit, and no bacon or sausages. "
Pineview Cabin at Bayview Cabin Resort on Picturesque Northwoods Lake in Wi.
8/10 Good
"I’ve been to a lot of cabins and a lot of rentals. And I’ve never had to basically beg for extras. It was clean, the bed was comfy, etc. but I didn’t know I was only allowed half a roll of 1/2 ply toilet paper. I ran out my first morning. This place has no extras of any kind so anything you think you may need but they will have, don’t count on it. I bought my own hand soap. When I told them I ran out, they told me to go into their place and go get some, but it was wild to me they left no extra toilet paper. I got some from the neighbors, whose AC didn’t work. Even at my own house I have two extra rolls in the bathroom. And it was almost like they didn’t believe me when I said I needed something. The remotes were either missing batteries or dead. The dishes were still wet from the previous people and also covered in food. The lake is very gross. The WIFI didn’t work so luckily the owner was there to connect me to another one. I would stay again but I would also know going forward I would need to bring more that other places normally have."
Modern Cabin on Pristine Lake Lucerne – A Lakeside Retreat!
10/10 Excellent
"Our group of 8 very much enjoyed our vacation at this nice cabin on Lake Lucerne July 5, 2026-July 11, 2026. We found the cabin to be as advertised and check-in went smoothly. The cabin was clean and had plenty of space for daily activities. Plenty of linens and beach towels for everyone. Fun was had by all in the hot tub. The dock accommodated our 175 fish and ski boat nicely. The swim raft was great. Hosts Eunice and Nathan were easy to work with."

Escape to Golf Shores Laona in the Nicolet National Forest!
10/10 Excellent
"The property was the perfect lake getaway for our extended family. A short skip away from the cabin is a picturesque lake, sandy beach and a bonfire. We loved every second and would visit here again in a heartbeat! We especially loved how clean it was, the boats they provided (canoe, paddle boat, kayak), and extra kids lifejackets available in the tiki hut. I highly recommend this place!"
