"Glenn was a very gracious host and the rental was everything we expected and MORE! The pool was amazing and we appreciated that we could use the BBQ. The cabana was very clean and comfortable and it didn’t take long at all for it to feel like home. We also met Brad, the amazing peacock, and he entertained us for hours. Be aware that you will be staying in a very old cottage; you are not staying at a luxury resort. The housing is adequate, but the grounds and location are the true sellers of this place. "Very moldy and mildewy cheap furniture, shower curtains, and mattress. Windows filthy and some inoperable. Porch screen had a hole they refused to fix. Bathroom sink did not drain. Kitchen was clean and all appliances worked well. Great concept, grounds, and dock. Guests were very nice."

"Small home in an older part of Vero Beach. The location is near old down town that is undergoing a revitalization process. Neighborhood is okay, but not a good place to go for a walk. No sidewalks or anything. Quick drive over to the island and the beach. If you are planning to stay to make meals and cook, know this is a very small kitchen. Functional, but I didn't attempt to cook in it beyond using the microwave."

"This Vero property is worth a repeat visit. The owners are on standby with whatever you need as they live nearby themselves. We were down with another family for baseball at the nearby Jackie Robinson complex and the house accomodated 8 of us just fine. The location puts you near all that Vero has to offer and you are about 10 minutes to the beaches. It is worth noting that there is a garage on the property ( which consists of 3 lots ) that the owner uses throughout the week. He doesnt intrude...

"Five of us gathered in this beautiful, expansive house right on the beach close to Vero Beach restaurants and shopping. Large, well equipped kitchen for cooking together. Lovely pool that we used every day. Difficult access to beach because there are no stairs down the dune. Also, numerous things needed updating like towels and bed linen, as well as beach chairs."
