"Hi we book ocean view but we get a room in the 5th floor near the pool deck and was very noisy because of the music and people passing true that area , also we never get pools chairs because they are always reserved or full capacity, the location of the resort was great and the staff very friendly and helpful. The building is a little old and the elevator situation can be a mess sometimes but the staff, the breakfast upstairs, the views, the tiki bar downstairs, and all the extras we get for staying at this hotel, make up for it.
