"My booking was canceled by the owner while I was on my transit. Moreover, since she didn’t have me stayed or “called deleted my booking”, I never got my booking money back yet. Not from the owner and not from the Travelocity. It was a ripoff my money from Travelocity and Friends forever place! I did send a message to Travelocity city to refund my money as I didn’t able to stay there. No response yet! I want money back now!!! Stop ripping off people money with false promises! "

"Bad experience as they did not have room for me.(I flew first time to Ukraine so this was scary not to have room) So, I had to stay in bunk bed. But staff(Zena) was good n took care of me. Better call Hotel to confirm your booking else you will end up in my situation. "

"I stay here often so l dont get surprises. I dearly love the area so lm always happy to come back. Its a basic place, for the price of backpackers hostel you get your own room. I would recommend to bring own towels and not to count much on cooking (burners are too slow), better get a cooked meal (nearby supermarket has an amazing cooked meals) and just microwave it here). "Goood location and comfortable/spacious area. Front desk workers weren’t up to date on payments and I was requested to pay twice (it was resolved after a long process of trying to communicate since they didn’t speak English). Also, I stayed in a girls only room and male workers and male guests barged in without knocking on the door multiple times "

"I do not recommend! Insecure! Those staying at the hotel are not tourists, they are usually homeless people. I only stayed 1 day and left immediately. The woman standing at the reception is very rude and treats the customer so badly."
