A small, boutique type hotel We had a suite on the 5th flood which was very spacious and comfortable Small but very adequate breakfast, helpful, friendly staff,walkable distance from the ferry and many food options in the vicinity

Outstanding Hotel

We love this hotel, it’s beautiful and well maintained. The standard rooms are small so we upgraded to a larger room and stayed here for 2 extra days. The breakfast buffet is good. The pool is wonderful, we had it all to ourselves 5⭐️. The service and staff gets another 5 stars, Tin, Quoc, Huy and Y went above and beyond to accommodate us.

Staff is wonderful , above and beyond services . Hotel is beautiful deco, even offering iron my clothes… very close to front beach, surrounding lots of restaurants, small Kmart stores , pharmacy. Rat tuyet voi, Gia ca hop ly. Hotel deco rat dep.

Refrigerator didn’t work and was not repaired over the 3 nights we stayed. Was told it was meant to keep things cool, not cold. Contents were room temperature the whole stay. Not great in 32C weather.

Good hotel with fantastic staff.

Good hotel with wonderful staff and cleanliness... Good ambient... Little minus point as normal rooms are without windows but again superior need more money. I have never seen coke serving in buffet breakfast but here.

We arrived at Hotel d’Melin, exhausted, after a long day travelling from Hoi An to Da Nang, a flight to HCM, then a 3 hour drive from HCM and it was wonderful to be so warmly welcomed by Alex. Alex upgraded us, gave us a choice of 2 different rooms, I opted for the one with a balcony overlooking the pool and a distant water view. Thomas was quite often at reception to have a chat, tell us of improvements he was considering implementing at the hotel, we hope all goes to plan as a guest bar would be a great addition. The room was very quiet, spotless, great bathroom facilities & an extremely comfortable bed. Beautiful pool, though a bit of shade would be nice. We were walking distance to the front beach & a lot of bars & restaurants. Alex was amazing, I think I drove him crazy! He organised our ferry tickets back to HCM, he organised getting our laundry done, he organised the taxi to the ferry terminal. Nothing was a problem for him. Top marks to him! Complimentary breakfast is included, there was a bit of confusion with the time breakfast ended, but the restaurant staff accommodated us even though we arrived for breakfast shortly after breakfast hours had ended. We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel d’Melin and were sad to leave.

The staff represent the hotel image and standard and i personally feel the warmth and dedicated service from the staff to the guest. The room is really cosy and everything is excellent. I would recommend it to the people coming to Vung Tau and see for yourself. Thanks to Mr. Tin, the Front Office Manager, the establishment having you is a gem.

Top notch service We cannot praise Hôtel D’Melin Hotel enough. Everything about this location, hotel, restaurant and staff went above and beyond our expectations. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, the staff has been nothing but helpful and hospitable. Duyen greeted us when we first arrived at the hotel, introducing us to the local attractions and giving us food recommendations. Throughout our stay, as we passed the reception or went to the restaurant, we were always greeted with smiles. During our visits to the restaurant, Anh was our waiter and she made sure to check in on us to make sure we were satisfied with our food, and had what we wanted. We also want to thank Van for her generous hospitality! We felt like VIPs whenever we stayed at D’Melin.
