"Una deliziosa bomboniera vista mare. La casa presenta tutti i comfort, il terrazzo spettacolare ma sicuramente ha bisogno di qualche miglioria. Una svecchiata generale non guasterebbe: la lavatrice rotta non è stata riparata, il phone si surriscaldava, fare la doccia voleva dire "allargare" il bagno. Piccole accortezze che renderebbero l'esperienza unica."

Centralissimo e nuovo, dislocato in zona comoda a tutto ( supermercato, via centrale con negozi e ristoranti, percorso di salita al cratere e spiagge).
